Support District Radio Network

Terms of Service

What you agree to when you listen, post, host, or pay on the network. Part B is the Host Agreement.

Effective September 7, 2026

Part A · Everyone

1. The agreement

Support District Radio Network ("SDRN", "we") runs this website, the apps, and the stations listed on it. Using any of them means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Part A applies to everyone. Part B, the Host Agreement, also applies to anyone with a host or DJ account.

2. Accounts

  • Anyone may create a listener account. Every other account type (host, DJ, business, non-profit, promoter) is granted by the program director or by an invitation from staff. You may not claim a role you were not granted.
  • Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • One person, one account. Staff may merge, suspend, or close accounts that break these terms.

3. Listening

Streams are for personal, non-commercial listening. Do not record, rebroadcast, resell, or redistribute a stream, and do not use scripts or bots to access it. Music is licensed through our streaming providers; that license covers listening here, not copying.

4. What you post

You keep ownership of what you post: news, highlights, events, episode sheets, photos, recaps. By posting it you give SDRN a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to show it on the network, in our apps and feeds, and in promotion of the network and your show, for as long as it stays on the site and in any archive of it.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you post, including permission from anyone who appears in a photo or is named in a sheet.

  • No harassment, threats, hate, or targeting of private individuals.
  • No defamation, no doxxing, no content that is illegal where you or we are.
  • No spam, engagement bait, or undisclosed paid promotion.
  • No uploading music, video, or artwork you do not have the rights to.
  • Vetted status is a privilege. Staff may edit, hold, unpublish, or remove content at any time, and revoke posting rights, with or without notice.

6. Scheduled billing and cards on file

When you order a flyer you may pay at once or pick a bill date at least 7 days before the episode airs. Picking a date saves your card with Stripe and authorizes us to charge that card the flyer price on that date. Stripe emails the receipt. You can pay early from your desk (which cancels the scheduled charge) or change the card from your account page.

Flyer production starts only after a payment clears. If the scheduled charge fails, the schedule is canceled, nothing is charged, and the flyer waits until you pay. We are not responsible for a flyer that cannot be delivered before air because payment cleared late.

7. Cancellations and refunds

  • Memberships and listings: cancel any time from your account page. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; there are no partial-month refunds.
  • Flyers: refundable in full until production starts (while the order reads "in queue" on your desk). Once a flyer is in production or delivered, the charge is final.
  • Something wrong with a charge? Write to us within 30 days and we will sort it out.

8. Intellectual property

SDRN, Support District Radio, the station names, logos, and the flyer templates are ours. Flyers we make for your show may be used by you to promote that show on any channel. You may not remove SDRN branding from them or use our marks to imply endorsement of anything else.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, that a stream will always be on air, or that a page will stay up forever. To the extent the law allows, SDRN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes, law, contact

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and continued use after that date is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Questions: support@supportdistrictradio.com.

Part B · Host Agreement

For host and DJ accounts, on top of Part A. You accept it when you claim or create a show, pick a flyer plan, or file a show sheet.

B1. Getting the mic

Host and DJ accounts are approved by the program director. Approval can be withdrawn. A show claim, a new show, and a co-host all need confirmation before they appear on the schedule: the director confirms hosts, the show’s confirmed host confirms co-hosts.

B2. Your show and its episodes

  • File a show sheet before each episode. Keep it accurate: title, air time, topic, guests, photos. The episode page, the calendar, and the flyer are built from it.
  • Get permission from every guest before you put their name, photo, bio, or links on a sheet. Interview logistics (contact details, arrival) are private to you and the director and never published.
  • Approved sheets are public and locked. Ask the director for changes after approval.
  • Recordings and recaps you add are yours; SDRN may archive and promote them under Part A, section 4.

B3. Airtime

The program director sets the schedule. You can request a different airtime from your show editor; the schedule the city sees does not move until the director applies it. Missed episodes without notice may cost you the slot.

B4. Flyers and branding

  • Flyers are designed by the program team from your sheet: the episode’s title, guests, photos, and talking points. Send good source photos; we cannot fix low-resolution art.
  • To have a flyer before air, the sheet must be approved and the payment cleared at least 7 days ahead. Orders that land later are made on a best-effort basis.
  • One round of small corrections is included. New art after delivery is a new order.
  • Flyers carry SDRN branding and are for promoting your show on the network. See Part A, sections 5 to 8, for prices, billing, refunds, and use.

B5. On air and online

  • Same rules as Part A, section 4, on air: no hate, harassment, defamation, or illegal content.
  • Play only music the station is licensed for, or that you hold the rights to. Do not read ads or endorsements that the station has not cleared.
  • You represent the network when you use its name. Do not speak for SDRN or commit it to anything without staff approval.

B6. Co-hosts

As the confirmed host you approve co-hosts on your show and you are responsible for what they post under it. Declining a co-host claim does not affect their listener account.

B7. Ending it

You can leave a show or the network at any time by telling the director. SDRN can remove a host or a show at any time for breaking these terms, or with notice for programming reasons. Delivered flyers stay paid; active memberships stop at the end of the paid period; episode pages already public may stay up as part of the archive.
